We provide you with an unconditional return service within 30 days from the date of purchase. Whether you are dissatisfied with the style, size, or other aspects of the product, you can apply for a return within this period. We will process a full refund or equivalent exchange for you (the refund amount does not include the original order shipping fee, unless the return is caused by our fault).
 
Return conditions:
 
The product must be kept in a brand new and unused state, without washing, cutting or damage;
Retain the original labels, tags, and packaging of the product (including packaging boxes, dust bags, accessories, etc.);
Please also send back the original order packing list (or electronic order screenshot) so that we can quickly verify the information.
2、 Three simple steps to easily initiate a return
Step 1: Submit a return request

 Please indicate your order number, reason for return, and refund/exchange preference in the email. We will reply to your application and provide return instructions within 1-2 working days.
 
Step 2: Properly package the product
Put the product, along with all accessories, labels, and packing lists, into its original packaging to ensure that the packaging is intact and to avoid damage during transportation. If the original packaging is lost, it is recommended to use an equally sturdy cardboard box and fill it with cushioning material.
 
Step 3: Send the returned product
Send the product to the designated return address provided by customer service. Please keep the tracking number when sending the package for tracking the logistics status. The shipping cost incurred for returns will be borne by you (except for returns caused by product quality issues or our shipping errors).
 
3、 Transparent refund process, guaranteed financial security
Refund review: After receiving the returned goods, we will check the status of the goods within 3 working days to see if they meet the return conditions.
Refund time limit: After approval, the refund will be returned to your payment account within 10 working days (the specific arrival time may be slightly delayed due to bank or payment platform rules).
Special note: If you choose the "Exchange" service, we will prioritize sending you a new product after confirming that the returned item is correct, without waiting for the refund process to complete, in order to shorten your waiting time.
 
4、 Flexible exchange service to meet your personalized needs
If you need to change the size, color, or style of the product (limited to products in the same series), please indicate "Exchange Request" and specific requirements in the email. We will prioritize the allocation for you based on the inventory situation. If the target product is out of stock, we will process a refund or recommend a replacement for you.
 
Exchange process: Consistent with the return process, new products will be shipped after the original returned product has been approved. Exchange only requires one return shipping fee, and there is no need to pay additional shipping fees for new products.
5、 We are fully responsible for damaged or defective products
If the goods you receive have transportation damage, quality defects, or do not match the order description (such as sending the wrong goods, missing accessories, etc.), please contact customer service by email within 48 hours after signing and provide clear photos or videos of the problematic parts of the goods. We will provide you with the following solutions:
 
Free reshipment of brand new products (no need to return the original product to reduce your waiting time);
Full refund (including original order shipping), and the option to return the defective product (if not required, we will provide environmental protection suggestions).
In this case, all shipping costs incurred will be borne by fznplv.com, and you do not need to pay any additional fees.
